gold Supply, Documentation, Shipping, And Payment Procedure
Our gold comes directly from mining operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Tanzania. We can arrange for the gold to be melted and prepared into gold bars according to the agreed quantity and specifications.
1. Documentation and Shipping
The buyer must be prepared to facilitate and finance the transportation of their consignment from either Congo or Nairobi, Kenya, to the agreed destination. We are unable to travel with the gold or independently facilitate its shipment. Therefore, the buyer must arrange the necessary transportation, export formalities, and any required permits through the appropriate authorized parties.
We will coordinate the preparation of the required documentation for the transaction, subject to applicable legal and export requirements.
2. Payment Terms
Our payment terms require a 50% advance payment before the transaction proceeds to the agreed shipment stage. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the final release of the agreed transaction documents.
All payment milestones, shipping arrangements, documentation requirements, and responsibilities must be clearly established in a written agreement before the transaction begins.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Every buyer must be financially prepared to cover their own shipping, transportation, and associated export and clearance costs. Buyers must also complete the necessary due diligence and verify the gold, its origin, and the applicable export documentation through authorized channels.
We welcome serious buyers who are ready to follow the agreed procedure and proceed with a transparent, properly documented transaction.
We look forward to establishing professional and mutually beneficial business relationships with serious gold buyers.
